Nada (Himeji) Fighting Festival
(灘(姫路)のけんか祭り)

It is the text from here.

The Nada Fighting Festival is a fall festival conducted at Matsubara-Hachiman-Jinja Shrine in the Shirahama district of Himeji. The name derives from the practice of driving two mikoshi (portable shrines) directly into each other. This is a highly unusual practice among shrine festivals in Japan. The spectacle of large numbers of mikoshi mightily striking each other makes an indelible impression. Crowds of tourists visit to witness this festival every year.
