Tada-jinja Shrine
(多田神社)

It is the text from here.

Tada-jinja Shrine is a truly historic shrine, founded in 970 AD. Five commanders of the legendary Genji family of Samurai warriors are enshrined here. Genji Festival is held on the second Sunday of April. The armor-clad Samurai warriors parade on horseback, and princesses dress in splendid Kimono. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom on the festival and create a beautiful scene.
