Exhibition "Vincent Van Gogh"

It is the text from here.

"Vincent Van Gogh"

"Vincent Van Gogh"
[January 25th(Sat) ~ March 29th(Sun)]

About 80 pieces of works of Van Gogh and the Hague School/Impressionists are on display, and the relations between Van Gogh and each painter and work are introduced. We follow Van Gogh from his early days influenced by Hague until he established his own unique Impressionist-based style. You can see Van Gogh's evolution and his short, rich life as a painter through his works and his own words.
Including the Netherlands which is his hometown, works are borrowed from over 27 places of 10 countries such as Israel, Switzerland, Ireland. Some of them have never been shown in Japan so far, and this is a great opportunity to see those works that have seldom appeared in Japan.
